Hours

• Home : Isabelle and Franck welcome you every day from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 02:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. to answer your questions and assist you during your stay.
• Arrivals : Arrivals are between 02:00 p.m. and 09:00 p.m. in high season, and until 07:00 p.m. in low season, so that everyone can settle in comfortably.
• Departures : On the day of your departure, please vacate your pitch by 12:00 p.m. to allow for proper organization for the next arrivals.
• Secure Portal : To ensure everyone's peace of mind, the portal is closed from 10:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.. Please plan your movements accordingly.

Accessibility

Because we are committed to welcoming everyone under the best conditions, our campsite has facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility to ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Motorhome

For more comfort, the campsite provides motorhome users with a dedicated area equipped for :

• the filling / emptying of wastewater
• the emptying of toilet cassettes

Terms of Stay & Payment

• Payment for the stay : The payment for the rental, taxes, charges, or deposit is made upon registration at the reception.
• Display of rates : The amounts are displayed at the entrance of the campsite, at the reception, and detailed below.
• Departure Preparation : Clients staying in mobile homes are invited to inform the reception the day before their departure in order to organize the inventory.
• Visitors and Animals : Each visitor must present themselves at the reception upon arrival and show a piece of identification. Pets are welcome provided that an up-to-date vaccination record is presented.
• Refund Conditions : No refund is possible in case of bad weather, late arrival, or early departure, except in justified special circumstances (e.g.: hospitalization).
• Cancellation by the campsite : The owners reserve the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure, obvious availability error, or non-compliance with the internal regulations. In this case, the customer will be fully refunded the amounts paid.
